Although this topic can be more effectively supported by laws and a societal changing of mindsets, money is needed to support the politicians/people that try to pass these laws/bills. Gender equality will have a huge impact on child mortality rates as sons tend to be favored more often than daughters. Because of this, more girls will have the opportunity to attend school and receive an education.
