Maternal health is a big issue in Indonesia. Again, one of the main reasons is the fact that access to facilities and care are out of reach for many of the population. Investing money in creating more facilities and hiring personnel for said facilities would decrease the mortality rate. Also, proper standards and practices would be taught/regulated in order to ensure an effective system for treating patients.
